Junior Writers Club

Ok folks… all you budding writers and poets out there… pick up your pens and get writing… we are looking for scary stories and poems (or pictures for under 5’s) to put into our Halloween Edition of TKI which will scare everybody across the High Peak….

Categories ages 0-5

we would like you to draw a picture of something scary.. like a witch… a ghost… a graveyard… or even your granny first thing in the morning without her teeth (oops sorry Gran!).

Category ages 5-8 and 9-12

Things that go bump in the night (no not your brother falling out of his bunkbed!) or spooky tales about ghost busting…anything you can think of to give us goosebumps on top of our goosebumps! It can be a poem or a story and the winners of each category will receive a book that has been reviewed on our BookShelf and will also appear in the Winter edition of TKI to scare the pants off everyone!!

We will also be putting a selection of the best pictures, stories and poems on our website...
