setup checklist
A five-minute run-through before your first guests step in. Keep it simple; the best booth is the one people feel comfortable using.
01 — DEVICE & POWER
Charge the phone or tablet; connect power if it will stay in one place.
Turn on Do Not Disturb so calls and alerts do not interrupt a session.
Set a stable stand at a comfortable height and check it cannot wobble.
Keep a clear path to the booth and a little room for a group.
02 — CAMERA & LIGHT
Choose the camera direction and framing you want guests to use.
Frame faces with a little space above heads; test with a group.
Place light in front of guests, not directly behind them.
Check the background for clutter, glare, and anything private.
03 — GUEST FLOW
Make one test strip and check the finished result.
Show guests where to stand and how to start.
Decide where guests can save or share their finished strip.
Ask someone to be the friendly “booth host” for the first few turns.
