Use a small sign, a QR code and an iPhone-friendly photo flow to collect the fun parts of the evening without a large event setup.
Make the invitation obvious
A guestbook works when the instruction is visible: “Scan for a photo strip”, “Take three photos with your table” or “Leave a picture for the couple”. Keep the wording friendly and let guests understand the result before they start.
Put the activity in the flow
Place the sign near the guest book, welcome drinks or seating area. If the phone is being used as the camera, use a stable stand and test the light before guests arrive.
Keep the result personal
A photo strip is a small record of who was there, not a replacement for a professional photographer. Combine it with a written guestbook or QR link if you want people to add longer messages.
