Information We Collect
Yuzool does not collect personal information, App Store Connect credentials, sales data, app metadata, reviews, submission information, or diagnostic data from the Dispatch Kun app. The app does not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.
App Store Connect Credentials
If you connect App Store Connect, your Issuer ID, Key ID, Vendor Number, and private API key are stored locally on your device. The private key is protected in the iOS Keychain. Dispatch Kun uses these credentials only to create short-lived authentication tokens and make requests directly from your device to Apple's App Store Connect services.
QR import transfers the setup details from a code you choose to scan. The code is processed on device and is not sent to Yuzool. Because a setup QR code contains sensitive credentials, you should keep it private and discard it after import.
App Store Data
Dispatch Kun reads information available to your App Store Connect API key, including apps, sales reports, proceeds, subscriptions, reviews, submissions, screenshots, and related status information. This data is requested directly from Apple and cached locally so the dashboard can remain useful when Apple is unavailable or your device is offline.
Dashboard information may also be written to an App Group container so Dispatch Kun widgets can display your selected summary figures. Yuzool cannot access this local cache.
Network Requests
Dispatch Kun makes network requests on your behalf to Apple services, including:
api.appstoreconnect.apple.comfor your authorized App Store Connect data.- Apple sales-report services used to retrieve reports associated with your Vendor Number.
- Apple's public lookup services when the app needs publicly available app artwork or storefront information.
Apple processes these requests under its own terms and privacy policies. Dispatch Kun does not proxy these requests through a Yuzool server.
Camera and Face ID
Camera access is used only when you choose to scan a Dispatch Kun setup QR code. Dispatch Kun does not capture, save, or upload photos or video.
If you enable Privacy Mode, Face ID or the device passcode is used through Apple's Local Authentication framework to unlock the app. Dispatch Kun does not receive or store biometric data.
Notifications and Background Refresh
If enabled, Dispatch Kun uses local notifications for meaningful changes such as new reviews, submission status changes, sales movement, or a morning brief. Notification preferences and comparison baselines remain on your device. iOS controls when background refresh is allowed to run.
Sharing and Diagnostics
Share cards, monthly summaries, review reply drafts, and diagnostic reports leave the app only when you explicitly use an iOS share or copy action. The destination you choose may process the shared content under its own privacy policy.
The diagnostics export contains operational information such as app version, request status, error category, and refresh timestamps. It is designed not to include API credentials, authentication tokens, private keys, or review text. Yuzool receives a diagnostic report only if you choose to send it to us.
Demo Mode
Demo Mode uses sample information bundled with or generated by the app. It does not use your App Store Connect credentials. Demo data and live dashboard data are kept separate.
Data Sharing and Sale
We do not sell, rent, or share data from Dispatch Kun. We do not use your data for advertising, tracking, profiling, or training artificial intelligence models.
Data Retention and Deletion
Cached dashboard data remains on your device until it is replaced or cleared. You can use Settings > Reset Dashboard Cache to clear dashboard and widget data while keeping credentials, or Settings > Clear All Local Data to remove credentials from Keychain and return the app to its initial setup state.
Children
Dispatch Kun is a professional developer tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as Dispatch Kun changes. Material revisions will be shown by updating the effective date on this page.
