Made with Palm · case study 01

One calm feed for a noisy revenue day.

Revenue Bear began with a very specific irritation: independent makers checking several payment dashboards just to answer “did anything sell?” Palm helped keep the first version focused on that moment.

The starting sentence

“I want to see sales from Polar, Stripe and other stores in one friendly feed, without opening every dashboard.”

What Palm shaped

PromiseKnow what sold

One glance before opening a report.

First versionFeed first

Recent sales, revenue totals and a small amount of useful context.

Market storyFor makers

A revenue companion for indie developers and small studios.

Why the scope stayed small

The temptation was to build a complete finance platform. The better first product was a quick daily check-in. That choice gave the screenshots, App Store copy and launch page the same centre of gravity.

The launch surface

Palm's output became a product page, a clear App Store route and useful content around indie revenue reporting. The product can grow into deeper analytics later, but the first conversation remains legible.
