Switching guide / AI building

Move the product decision closer to home.

Polsia and Palm are not identical products. This guide is for makers who want to keep their idea-to-product momentum while doing more of the product definition and launch thinking privately on a Mac.

This is a workflow comparison, not an import tool

Which workflow are you moving?

Hosted builder workflow

Fast generation and a hosted environment

If you rely on an existing hosted project, deployment, integrations or team history, keep that project available. Palm does not import or clone a Polsia project.

Palm workflow

One sentence to a clearer first product

Palm helps shape the promise, audience, scope, screens, launch assets and validation plan privately on Mac before you decide what should be built online.

What transfers

Your thinking, not your backend

Bring the product idea, audience notes, screenshots, copy, pricing hypothesis and lessons from the existing project. Recreate any production data and integrations deliberately.

What does not

No automatic account or code migration

Palm is not a Polsia export/import service and does not promise compatibility with Polsia’s runtime. Treat it as a private planning and product-shaping layer.

A low-risk test

Choose one feature you are unsure about. Write the one-sentence prompt, let Palm produce the product brief and launch test, then compare it with the current project. If the brief does not make the next build decision clearer, do not switch.

Who should not switch yet?

If your main need is hosted production infrastructure, shared online editing or a running Polsia deployment you cannot pause, keep Polsia for that job and use Palm only for the next product decision.
