Privacy Policy

Last updated: 13 October 2026 · Applies to Show My Vet for iOS

The short version: your pet records live on your device and sync through your own iCloud account. Show My Vet has no servers of its own, no account, no analytics, and no tracking. We never see your data.

Who we are

Show My Vet is built and operated by Michael Frankland (Yuzool), an independent developer. Contact: support@yuzool.com.

What data the app handles — and where it stays

Camera, microphone and videos

The camera is used only when you scan vet paperwork or film a symptom, and the microphone only records sound with a symptom video. Videos and scans are stored with your pet's record on your device and in your own iCloud. They are never sent to us.

On-device processing

Paperwork is read on your device. On iPhones with Apple Intelligence, Apple's on-device model helps tidy scan results and writes the short summary in the vet brief from your own entries. Nothing is uploaded for this.

What we collect

Nothing. The app contains no analytics, no telemetry, no crash reporters, no advertising SDKs, and no tracking of any kind. We do not collect, sell, or share any personal data.

Purchases

The optional the Family upgrade subscription is processed entirely by the App Store. Apple handles the payment and shares no payment details with us. If you cancel, your data stays on your device untouched.

Support email

If you email us for support, we see your email address and whatever you include in the message. We use it only to reply, and we don't add you to any list.

Not veterinary advice

Show My Vet is a record-keeping tool. It does not provide veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your vet about your pet's health.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect any data from anyone — including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Because the app collects nothing, changes are unlikely to be substantive.
