SignalFlare ("we", "our", or "us") is operated by Yuzool. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the SignalFlare iOS application ("App").

1. Information We Collect

We collect minimal information necessary to provide the service:

• Subscription status — managed entirely by Apple via StoreKit. We do not store payment information.
• App preferences — settings such as refresh interval, expiry period, and notification preferences are stored locally on your device using UserDefaults. We do not have access to this data.
• Trade diary entries — notes, outcomes, and price entries you add to the trade diary are stored locally on your device only. They are never transmitted to us or any third party.
• Push notification token — used solely to deliver signal notifications to your device. We do not use this for advertising or share it with third parties.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect your name, email address, or contact information.
• We do not collect location data.
• We do not track your trading activity or financial transactions.
• We do not use advertising SDKs or analytics tracking.
• We do not sell your data to any third party.

3. Signal Data

Trade signals displayed in the App are fetched from our signal source on a periodic basis. This fetch is performed by your device directly. We do not log which signals you view, dismiss, or act upon.

4. Subscriptions

Subscriptions are processed and managed by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment details. Your subscription status is verified directly with Apple on your device. For subscription management, cancellations, and refund requests, please use your Apple ID settings or contact Apple Support.

5. Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate with third-party analytics, advertising, or data brokers. Signal data is fetched from our own infrastructure only.

6. Data Retention

All data stored by the App (preferences, trade diary) remains on your device. Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data. We do not retain any user data on our servers.

7. Children's Privacy

SignalFlare is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
