Sleep Shepherd gamifies your sleep habits, rewarding consistent, healthy sleep with a growing flock of digital sheep.

How It Works:

• Log Sleep: Tap "Log Bedtime" to start tracking, and "Log Wake Time" to complete the cycle.
• Healthy Sleep (New Sheep): Sleeping between 7 and 9 hours is considered Perfect and earns you a new sheep.
• Perfect Streak: Achieving Perfect sleep (7-9 hours) multiple nights in a row increases your streak.
• Golden Sheep: A perfect streak of 7 days earns you a rare Golden Sheep (🌟). This is a one-time reward for reaching the streak.
• Sick Sheep: Sleeping too little (under 5 hours) or too long (over 11 hours) results in a Sick log and may cause a healthy sheep in your flock to become sick (🤕).

All progress is saved securely in your browser's local storage.
