THE WAY I WORK
Building and shipping my own products changed the way I design.
I think about implementation, edge cases, empty states, onboarding, platform and App Store constraints, post-launch behaviour and the feedback of real customers. The polished screen matters — but so does everything that happens after it.
Good product design has to survive contact with the real product.
