About Tick Done
A fast, private to-do list. Type tasks naturally and Tick Done sorts out the date, time, tags and priority for you.
How does natural language quick add work?
Type a task the way you'd say it, such as “call Ana tomorrow 3pm #work !1”. Tick Done picks out the date, time, tags, priority and list, and understands repeats like “every 3rd Tuesday”.
Which views are there?
Lists and folders with sections, Today and Upcoming, a kanban board, a focus timer, stats and a weekly review are free. Tick Done Pro adds a calendar, an Eisenhower matrix, habits with heatmaps and focus stats.
What is karma?
Completing tasks, focus sessions and habits earns karma points. Hit your daily goal to build a streak, and level up as your karma grows.
Can I share a list?
Yes. Share a list as a link that someone else can open to merge it into their own Tick Done. You can also share a daily wins card.
Where are my tasks stored?
Everything stays in this browser with no account and no server. Use Back up in Settings to save a JSON file you can restore later.
Is Tick Done free?
Yes. Lists, natural-language dates, repeats, kanban, the focus timer, sharing and backup are free, with no ads and no account. Tick Done Pro is an optional one-time upgrade ($2.99) that adds the calendar and Eisenhower matrix views, habits and focus stats.
