Start with a list you can trust.

What each column is for

• email is the required destination.
• first_name keeps the opening natural.
• company gives the message useful context.
• role helps you explain relevance.
• note records the reason this person belongs on the list.
• source helps you remember where the contact came from.

Review before import

Remove duplicates, shared inboxes that should not receive personal outreach, malformed addresses and anyone who has opted out. A source or context note is not a substitute for permission; it is simply a reminder of why the contact is relevant.

Map inside Drip Send

1. Choose the CSV file.
2. Map each column to the matching contact field.
3. Review the sample rows.
4. Import only after the names and notes look right.
5. Preview the rendered message before queueing.
