Apple App Store supportInclude the purchase email and approximate date when asking about a direct Stripe order.
Ask about a purchaseName the app and, when possible, the version shown in its About or settings screen.
Include your macOS or iOS version and the Mac or iPhone model when it may be relevant.
Describe what you expected, what happened instead and the steps that reliably trigger it.
Attach a screenshot or exact error message, but remove passwords, API keys and private customer data first.
Please never email passwords, full payment-card details, private API keys or authentication codes. Yuzool support does not need them to investigate a purchase or app issue.
