Touch 1 · Make the reason clear
Say why you are writing, why it may matter to this person and what a useful next step looks like. Keep it short enough to answer quickly.

Touch 2 · Add something useful
Wait long enough that the first message has room to be seen. Bring a small proof point, useful observation or clearer version of the offer. Do not simply paste the same message again.
Question to answer: What is new or more useful here?
Touch 3 · Give an easy out
Close the loop with a low-pressure question. Make it easy for the person to say no, point you elsewhere or ask for a better time.
Question to answer: What is the respectful next step if now is not right?
Stop rules
- Stop immediately when someone replies.
- Suppress an address after a clear opt-out.
- Do not keep adding touches to compensate for a weak first message.
- Review the sequence after a small batch before increasing volume.
