Why a timeline helps
When a clinician asks when something happened, a dated journal entry is easier to discuss than a vague recollection. It also keeps routine notes separate from general health searches and message threads.
Do not let a tracker become a treatment plan
The app cannot tell you where or when to inject, whether a symptom is serious or whether treatment should change. Use it for memory and bring concerns to your clinician.
