Privacy Policy
The short version: we don't have a server to store your data on. Everything stays on your iPhone, in your own Keychain, under your control.
Effective date: 13 July 2026 ยท Applies to Revenue Bear for iOS
Who we are
Revenue Bear is made by Yuzool, an independent iOS software company. You can reach us at support@yuzool.com.
What data Revenue Bear collects
Revenue Bear does not collect personal data in the traditional sense. Here is everything the app stores and why:
- API keys and tokens โ the read-only credentials you enter to connect Stripe, Paddle, App Store Connect, Gumroad, Lemon Squeezy or Polar. Stored in the iOS Keychain on your device. If you enable iCloud Keychain sync, Apple encrypts and syncs them to your other devices; Yuzool never has access to them.
- Revenue and sales data โ figures fetched from your connected platforms are cached on-device so the app works offline. This data is never sent to Yuzool.
- App preferences โ your notification settings, goal amount, appearance choice and similar options. Stored locally on your device.
What we do not collect
- Your name, email address or contact details
- Your revenue figures or business data
- Usage events, session data or behavioural analytics
- Device identifiers or advertising IDs
- Crash logs or diagnostics (Apple may collect anonymised crash data through their standard OS mechanisms, governed by Apple's privacy policy)
Third-party platforms you connect
When you add a source (e.g. Stripe), Revenue Bear uses your API key to request data directly from that platform's official API โ from your iPhone, not via a Yuzool intermediary. Your relationship with each platform is governed by its own privacy policy and terms of service. Revenue Bear requests read-only access and does not write, modify or delete any data on connected platforms.
Platforms you may connect:
- Stripe Privacy Policy
- Paddle Privacy Policy
- Apple Privacy Policy (App Store Connect)
- Gumroad Privacy Policy
- Lemon Squeezy Privacy Policy
- Polar Privacy Policy
iCloud Keychain sync (optional)
Revenue Bear offers an optional setting to sync your stored API keys via iCloud Keychain. This is handled entirely by Apple's Keychain Services โ Yuzool has no access to the data at any point in transit or at rest. If you prefer not to use this, disable iCloud Keychain sync in the app settings and your credentials will remain on-device only.
Local notifications
Revenue Bear can send you local notifications (new sale alerts, morning check-ins, milestone celebrations). These are generated and delivered entirely on your device using iOS notification APIs. No notification content is transmitted to Yuzool or any third party.
Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets
Widgets display data that is already cached on your device. No additional network requests are made by the widget extension, and no data leaves your device to power them.
Children's privacy
Revenue Bear is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect any information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes โ for example, if a future version introduces a server component โ we will update the effective date at the top of this page and note it in the App Store release notes. Since we don't have your email address, we can't notify you directly, so check back here if you have questions.
