Bounded AI on macOS

AI help for email, without another cloud inbox

Suzume Mail keeps the useful parts small: summarize a thread, suggest a reply or make a sentence clearer. Your mail connection remains direct, and the app is yours for $29 once.

Summarize first

Get the shape of a long thread before deciding whether it needs your time.

Keep your voice

Quick replies are suggestions. Edit them, ignore them or write from scratch.

Know the boundary

AI features are intentionally optional. Your mail provider still handles mail; Suzume does not.

Why “local-first” matters

Email is unusually personal. A useful assistant should not make you wonder which parts of your inbox are being copied to a new service. Suzume is designed around direct IMAP/SMTP connections and on-device assistance where supported by your Mac. The product page explains the exact macOS and Apple Silicon requirements.

Not an auto-pilot

The goal is not to send messages without you. The goal is to remove the small friction around understanding and drafting while keeping the decision in your hands.
