About this yes or no wheel
A two-slice wheel that answers a yes-or-no question at random. It is the quickest way to settle something small when you genuinely do not mind which way it goes.
Everything stays on your device: no account, nothing uploaded, and it works offline once loaded.
How to use it
- Think of a question with a yes or no answer.
- Press Spin, tap the wheel, flick it with a finger or the mouse, or press Space. The Spin button stops at a random point, so every entry has a chance equal to the size of its slice.
- Want more choice? Type Maybe or Ask again into the Entries box to add a slice.

- Breaking a tie on something that really does not matter

Is the yes or no wheel really 50/50?
Yes. The two slices are the same size, and the Spin button stops the wheel at a random point using your browser's secure random numbers, so each answer has an even chance.
Can I add Maybe?
Yes. Type Maybe into the Entries box and press Add. Every slice is then the same size, so each of the three answers has a one in three chance.
Should I use this for important decisions?
It is best for small choices. For bigger ones, a spin can still help: if you feel disappointed by the answer, that tells you what you really wanted.
