Play along with your real guitar. It listens and tells you how you did.
Tune your guitar, then a one-minute check measures your phone's delay so on-the-beat counts as on the beat.

A guitar game you play with your own guitar. Notes and chords scroll towards you as a moving tab; you play them, and Strum hears through your phone's microphone whether you got them right, and whether you were early, late or bang on. Eight paths take you from the open strings to your first chords, changes, strumming patterns, riffs, power chords, F and the first barre chords, and fingerpicking. Then play 24 songs, traditional ones arranged by us and our own, with a bass-and-drums backing band. Wait mode holds each note until you play it; Practise slows a song down and loops the hard bit. A one-minute timing check makes on-the-beat count as on the beat on any phone. A new riff every day keeps a streak going, and ten minutes of playing ticks your Practise habit.
Free to play. Optional one-time upgrade: Strum Pro, $3.99 (no subscription), or every upgrade in every Yuzool app with Yuzool Plus, $19.99 once. Works on iPhone, Android, Mac and PC; add it to your Home Screen to open it like an app.
