Terms of Use

Last updated: 3 October 2026 · Applies to Palm for Mac and to apps built with Palm

The short version: you buy a licence to Palm, you own what you make with it, and you are responsible for what you publish. Palm is provided as is.

Licence

Palm is sold through Polar. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to install and use Palm on your own Mac(s) as described at the time of purchase. You may not redistribute Palm, resell licence keys, or remove licence checks.

What you make

You own the apps, code and marketing material Palm generates for you, and you may use them commercially. Palm does not claim any rights to them. Generated output can be similar to output produced for other users from similar prompts.

AI output and your responsibility

Subscriptions and purchases inside apps built with Palm

If a Palm-generated app includes in-app purchases, payments are processed by Apple under your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, and can be managed in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. The publisher of the app may replace these default terms with its own; the app's own terms take precedence for that app.

Your accounts and keys

Palm uses credentials you provide (for example an App Store Connect key) only on your Mac. Keep them secure and revoke them if you stop using Palm.

No warranty and limits of liability

Palm is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Yuzool is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data arising from use of Palm. Keep backups of your projects. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled through Polar and at our discretion under applicable consumer law; contact support@yuzool.com.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above will change. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
