A practical low-CTR check
Start with visibility
Look for pages with meaningful impressions before chasing pages nobody has seen.
Read the query
Compare the wording people use with the title and description they see in the result.
Change one thing
Rewrite the promise, improve the match and give the page time to gather a new baseline.
Do not optimise the number in isolation
A low CTR can mean a weak snippet, a broad query, a comparison result or a page that is ranking for the wrong intent. Rank keeps the page, query and change together so the next action is based on context.
