Build a drill you will actually do.
A useful session starts with one clear job. Choose a focus and leave the tab with a plan for the next few rounds.
Make your plan
Keep the room clear, warm up first and work at a pace you can control. This is general training guidance, not medical advice or professional coaching.
Why one focus beats a long list
A home session is easy to overcomplicate. You add combinations, a playlist, a timer and a new technique, then finish without knowing what improved. One focus gives the round a job: return to stance, make the slip smaller, keep the feet under you, or find a faster clean single.
When the bell goes, write one sentence about what felt different. Repeat the same focus another day before changing it. If you want numbers alongside that note, ShadowCoach can count punches, measure speed and show a round breakdown on iPhone.
