Space starts and stops, L takes a lap.
One hour is the go-to timer for exams, meetings and anything in the oven for a while. It keeps the right time with the tab in the background.
Good for:
The page opens with 1:00:00 ready in the big view. Press Start (or Space on a keyboard) to begin, and again to pause. When time is up an alarm rings until you press Stop, or +1 min for a little longer. Close the big view for more timers, a stopwatch and countdowns.
It keeps the right time with the tab in the background and after a reload. Phones may pause a page while they're locked, so keep this page open (or turn on Keep screen on in Settings) for an alarm you can't miss. Nothing is uploaded and there's no account.
Need a different length? Open the full Timer, or add ?t= to its address: /timer/?t=8m.
