About Smile Street Dental
A patient sits in the chair at Smile Street Dental, the cheerful new clinic beside Sunset Bay's City Hospital, and opens wide. Pick up the mirror and the light and look around every tooth: the hidden problems light up. Scrape the soft yellow plaque off with the scaler, then drill the little dark cavity gently: the drill hums, the press builds while you hold and eases when you let go, so keep it in the green and keep your hand steady, then fill the hole to the line and the blue light sets it. Polish until every tooth sparkles, fit braces in the colour your patient chooses, brush on the whitening gel, rinse and suction, and wiggle out a wobbly baby tooth for the tooth fairy's coin. Patients get nervous, so be kind: hold their hand, say something nice and go gently, and you'll see their fear melt away. Then hold up the hand mirror for the big-smile reveal and a sticker for your sticker book. Kids and grown-ups come in, and as you work more shifts so do Chomper the nervous crocodile, Captain Saltybeard and Robo-Bolt the robot. Every patient gives stars for being thorough, gentle and quick, and pays Sunset Bay dollars for a comfy chair, a fish tank, a sticker printer and a faster drill. Play Relaxed with no clock, take the Daily, read the brushing tips, and keep your badges in the Job Passport. Friendly and stylised, never gross: no blood and no needles.
