Give the round a job.

Set a timer, choose one cue and keep your attention on the movement. The best timer is the one that leaves room for training.

Start a session

Use a clear, safe space. The timer makes no judgement about your technique; it simply keeps the structure honest.

Ready when you are.

Use a timer without letting it run the session

A timer is a boundary, not a coach. Pick one cue and let the rest be quiet. If the round gets frantic, slow down; if your feet stop moving, make the next minute smaller. A repeatable session is more valuable than a heroic one you cannot do again.

ShadowCoach adds a second layer when you want it: punch counts, speed, balance and spoken reminders while you move. The timer still matters, but now you can review what happened instead of relying on the feeling that you were busy.
