Free setup checklist

Give your camera a fair view.

Better framing makes solo training feel calmer. Use this one-minute checklist before a round, especially when your phone is across the room.

Before you press start

When tracking feels uncertain

Move back

If hands or feet disappear, the camera is usually too close. Increase distance before increasing speed.

Improve contrast

More even light and a less busy background help the body pose stand out without changing your technique.

Reset your stance

Stand side-on only when the session asks for it. For general tracking, start in a clear three-quarter or front view.

Use feedback as guidance

A missed punch is a signal to adjust the setup, not proof that your technique is wrong. Review the pattern over several rounds.
