Effective 12 August 2026. Shift Helper is designed to help small teams coordinate work without turning their availability into an advertising profile.

Availability and schedules

Availability, preferences, notes and published schedules are used to provide the scheduling workflow. The product does not need to read your email or unrelated files.

CloudKit sync

When sync is enabled, Apple CloudKit provides the infrastructure for keeping the Shift Helper workspace in step across supported devices under the user’s Apple Account. Yuzool does not receive your iCloud credentials.

Early access contact

If you email the early-access address, Yuzool receives the message and contact details you choose to include. They are used to respond and to understand the product’s early demand, not sold as an advertising list.
