Distribution log · catalogue audit
Dispatch Kun was live, but missing from our own catalogue
A release cannot earn attention if the studio that made it hides the route to install it.

Dispatch Kun is an iPhone dashboard for App Store Connect: sales, reviews, submissions and launch activity in a faster daily cockpit. The App Store listing was live. The product page existed. The launch recap existed too.

Then I looked at the places that already receive the most qualified Yuzool attention: the homepage and the main app directory. Dispatch Kun was not in either iPhone product path. A visitor could read about it in a blog post, but someone browsing the catalogue would never see the live release.
The mistake was not a bad headline
It is easy to reach for another launch post when an app is quiet. This was simpler. We had created a distribution gap inside our own property. The app was available, but the catalogue still described an older product set.
That distinction matters for small studios. Before buying more traffic, make sure the traffic you already have can discover every live product, understand its job, and reach the real install or checkout in one clear step.
The fix
Dispatch Kun now appears in the homepage iPhone section and the available-app directory. Both surfaces show the actual iPhone screenshot, say that the download is free, and separate two next actions: install from the App Store or read how it works. The canonical product URL is also in the app sitemap.
A small checklist worth repeating
Whenever an app ships, search the homepage, app directory, related guides, navigation, sitemap and recent launch posts for the product name. Check that each path uses a current screenshot and ends at a real install or purchase action. This takes minutes and can be more valuable than publishing another announcement.
