About Cycle Circle
Cycle Circle is a free period and cycle tracker that keeps everything on your device. Log your period with one tap, add flow, symptoms, mood, energy, sleep and basal body temperature, and see your next period and fertile window predicted from your own history. Insights show cycle and period length, symptom patterns by phase and a temperature chart, and you can print a summary to take to a doctor.
Where is my cycle data stored?
Only in this browser on your device. There is no account and nothing is uploaded. With a PIN set, your data is encrypted on the device. A 4-digit PIN keeps out people who pick up your phone, but it can't stop someone determined who copies your browser's data, so keep your device itself locked too.
Can I use the predictions as contraception?
No. Predictions are estimates based on your history and are not a method of birth control.
What is discreet mode?
Discreet mode swaps the app name and period wording for neutral terms and uses muted colours, so the screen is less obvious to anyone glancing at it.
Can I back up or move my data?
Yes. Settings has a backup that saves a JSON file you can restore later, and Insights can export your logs as a CSV.
