Gridwork template
Weekly schedule template
Each row is an hour and each column a day. Type what happens when; the days stay at the top and the times on the left as you scroll, so it works on a phone too.

Tips
- Colour a block (Format, then Fill) to see at a glance what’s work, family and free time.
- Change the hours by typing over the times in column A.
- Print it, or save it as a PDF, to put on the fridge.
Questions
Can I change the hours?
Yes. Type over the times in column A, or insert rows for half hours. The first row and column stay frozen as you scroll.
How do I colour code the week?
Select the cells for an activity, tap Format, then pick a Fill colour. Use the same colour for the same kind of thing all week.
Can I open it in Excel or Google Sheets?
Yes: in Gridwork, More then Save as Excel (.xlsx) keeps the formulas. It’s free, with no account, and the file stays on your device until you save it.
