About Pier Bowling
Ten-pin bowling on the pier at sunset, as real as we could make it. Flick the ball up the screen (or aim it steadily with two sliders): your flick's direction is the line, its speed the ball's speed and its curve the hook. The ball skids through the oil, hooks when it reaches the dry back end and rolls into the pocket, and ten real pins, each a rigid body with the true shape and weight, decide every strike, split and spare. Bowl ten frames with full scoring, race the ghost of your best game, take turns with up to four friends on one phone, practise 30 spare challenges with a Show me line, and come back every day for the Daily set-up and your streak. Send a challenge link and your friend bowls against your exact game. Polished maple lanes that reflect the pins, the pinsetter sweeping between balls, and on capable phones a lively alley with real people bowling beside you.
