What’s in it

  • Size: 1240 × 1754 pixels, the shape of A4 (210 × 297 mm). Download at 2× (300 dpi) for a sharp print.
  • Fonts: Josefin Sans, DM Serif Display, Poppins.

How to make it

  1. Use this template.
  2. Change the amount, the line about what the voucher is for and your business name; give each voucher its own number and an expiry date.
  3. Download a PNG at 3× and print.

Tips

  • Number every voucher and keep a note of who bought which: it stops copies being spent twice.
  • Print on card (around 250 gsm) so the vouchers feel like a gift, not a receipt.
  • For a stack of vouchers with different names or numbers, use Make many: type a list and it fills a copy for each row.

Questions

Can I make a voucher for any amount?

Yes. Type any amount and currency over the example, or write a gift instead of a sum, such as “one pottery class” or “a cut and blow-dry”.

Do vouchers need an expiry date?

It depends where you are: some countries set a minimum time a gift voucher must stay valid. Check the rule where you trade, and put the date on the voucher so there’s no argument later.
