Yard sale flyer template

Tips
- List the things people travel for: furniture, tools, bikes, vinyl and children’s things bring the most visitors.
- Put up flyers at the nearest junctions with an arrow, and post the same design on local groups the evening before.
- Print a few in black and white too: the design still reads, and cheap copies are fine for lamp posts.
Questions
Is it a garage sale or a yard sale flyer?
Either: change YARD to GARAGE, MOVING or ESTATE and the rest still fits. The words are ordinary text you can type over.
What size should I print it?
It’s Letter shaped and prints on A4 too. For signs on posts, print it larger at a copy shop from the 3× PNG.
