About Slow Pour

Brew better coffee at home with a timer that walks you through every pour. Pick your brewer (V60, Kalita Wave, Chemex, Melitta, French press, Clever, AeroPress, moka pot, siphon, cold brew, iced pour-over or espresso), then a recipe, and Slow Pour scales it to your dose and strength. While you brew it shows what to do now and next, how far the scale should read and how fast to pour, says each step out loud with a chime and a buzz, and keeps the screen awake; the picture of your brewer fills as you go. Afterwards rate the cup and say if it was sour, bitter or weak, and Fix my cup gives you the one change to make next time. Keep a log of every brew with your grinder setting, a shelf of your beans with how fresh they are and how many brews are left, a ratio calculator, and a brew guide that explains the ratio, the grind, the water and the bloom in plain words. Connect a Bluetooth coffee scale (in Chrome or Edge) and it shows the real weight, starts the timer when you pour and coaches your pace out loud, with a chart of your pour against the recipe. Send your coffees to Sip Sip to count the water and caffeine, listen to the guide read aloud, and make recipes of your own to share as a link. Pro adds more recipes (including the 4:6 method), the whole log with trends, the espresso dial-in, the extraction calculator and recipe card pictures. No account: everything stays on your device.
