Hop Home
A road-and-river crossing game in the classic arcade style. Guide a bunny through five lanes of traffic, then hop across a river on drifting logs and diving turtles to reach the four burrows at the top. Fill them all and the next level is faster. Free, no sign-up, and it works on phones, tablets and desktop.
How to play
- Cross the road. Cars, vans, scooters and trucks travel at different speeds in each lane. Wait for a gap and hop through.
- Rest on the verge. The strip of grass between the road and the river is safe.
- Ride the river. You can't swim, so land on a log or a turtle and let it carry you. Don't drift off the edge of the screen.
- Watch the turtles. Some groups dive under every few seconds. They ripple just before they go.
- Get home. Hop into an empty burrow in the hedge. Fill all four to clear the level.

Tips
- Long logs are safest. The short ones move quickly; ride a long log while you line up the next hop.
- Don't stay on a turtle that ripples. Hop forward or back before it dives.
- Hop sideways on the verge to line up with a burrow before you cross the river.
- Keep an eye on the timer. Fast crossings score more points.
Controls
On a phone, swipe to hop or tap to hop forward, or use the arrow pad below the playfield. On a keyboard, use the arrow keys or W A S D, Space to hop forward, P to pause and M for sound. A gamepad works too. The game pauses itself when you switch tabs.

How do I play on a phone?
Swipe in the direction you want to hop, or tap to hop forward. There is also an arrow pad under the playfield; hold a button to keep hopping.
Why did I fall in the river?
The water is deep, so on the river you must land on a log or a turtle. Turtles dive every few seconds (they ripple just before), and if a log carries you off the side of the screen you lose a life too.
Does it work with a game controller?
Yes. Use the d-pad or left stick to hop, A to hop forward and Start to pause.
