The ShadowCoach journal
Small notes for better rounds.
Boxing information for real homes: no bag, no perfect room, no promise that an app replaces a coach. Just useful ways to practise with more intention.
Editor's note
Solo practice is not lesser practice.
It is simply a different conversation. In a gym, another person can see the things you cannot feel yet. At home, the responsibility is to make that conversation as specific as possible: one movement, one cue, one honest review.
That is the reason ShadowCoach exists. It does not try to be a charismatic trainer in your pocket. It watches for a small set of signals, counts what happened and gives you a prompt while there is still time to change the next punch.
