Editorial note: this is an evergreen training brief, not a live results feed. For official bout dates, rules and registrations, always check your national federation or event organiser.

A good training note should make the next round clearer.
What we keep returning to
Return is part of the punch
The hand that comes home and the feet that finish underneath you matter as much as the extension. Practise the recovery, not just the shape at contact.
Short sessions compound
A repeatable ten-minute round creates more learning than a heroic session you cannot do again. Choose one cue and leave a note.
Numbers are prompts
Punch counts and speed can reveal a pattern, but they are not a verdict. Use them to decide what to repeat, then look at the movement.
Control is progress
Clear space, sensible intensity and honest rest are part of training. Stop for pain, dizziness or anything unusual.

One useful action today
Pick a single technical intention, set a round timer and finish with one sentence: “Next time, I will…”. The smaller the promise, the easier it is to keep. ShadowCoach can add live, on-device cues when you want your iPhone to observe the round.
