A GLP-1 Travel Record for Keeping Questions Together
Prepare a private GLP-1 travel record with recent shot dates, questions and routine notes to discuss with your clinician before a trip.

Travel can make a familiar health routine harder to remember. Plans change, time zones make dates less obvious and the questions you meant to ask at your next appointment stay in a notes app you cannot find. A short personal record can make the conversation with your clinician more useful before you leave.
This is a record-keeping workflow, not a travel or dosing plan. Follow the instructions from your prescriber, pharmacist and the medicine’s official guidance. Do not change a dose, timing or storage routine because of a generic online checklist.
Keep recent dates easy to review
Write down the dates of recent injections and any instructions you were given. If your routine changed, note what happened in plain language. A clinician can interpret the context; your job is simply to preserve it accurately.
Also record the questions that are specific to your trip, such as what to do if plans change, which documents to carry or who to contact if you are unsure about something. The answer depends on your medication and circumstances.
GLP-1 Companion: Shot Tracker is a private iPhone record for shot history, site notes, side-effect observations, meals and progress. It can help keep your own notes together before an appointment, but it does not provide medical advice or replace a clinician.
Separate facts from assumptions
Use dated notes such as “injection recorded Tuesday” or “asked clinician about travel plan.” Avoid turning a symptom note into a diagnosis. If a symptom worries you or is urgent, contact an appropriate medical professional or emergency service rather than relying on an app.
Prepare a small pre-travel checklist
- Review recent dates and notes.
- Write down questions for your prescriber or pharmacist.
- Confirm the current instructions from a qualified professional.
- Keep official medication information with your personal record.
- Decide what information you would need quickly if plans changed.
