Invoice is a free invoice maker for freelancers, contractors and small studios. Add a client once, then quote, invoice and get paid without retyping anything. Export a clean PDF, share a view link, or show a pay-me QR code. There's no account, no watermark and nothing is uploaded.

How to make an invoice

1. Add your business once: name, address, tax number and how to pay you. Every invoice and quote uses it.
2. Add a client with their currency and hourly rate.
3. Create the invoice: type the lines, or tap Add time to turn hours tracked in Hours into lines at the client's rate.
4. Export PDF and send it. When the money lands, tap Mark paid. It's recorded as income for Budget and your profit and loss.

A quote template that becomes a simple contract

Write the scope, the fee and an optional deposit, then pick plain-English terms: payment terms, a kill fee, who owns the work, confidentiality and late payment. Export it to sign. When the client says yes, the agreed fee or the deposit becomes a draft invoice in one tap. It's a starting point, not legal advice.

Proposals that end in a signature

For bigger jobs, make a proposal: a cover, a short letter, sections such as scope and deliverables, a timeline of milestones, a price table with optional extras the client can choose, a payment schedule and the contract terms, ending in an acceptance page. Start from one of five templates (design, consulting, building, photography, events). Send for signature opens it in PDF Tools with your client's boxes already placed; when the signed copy comes back, Invoice checks it's the proposal you sent, marks it accepted, and turns each payment into an invoice due on its date. Invoicing clients in another currency

Each client has a default currency, so a US client is billed in dollars and a German one in euros. Totals and profit and loss are shown in your base currency, converted at rates you set once. Rates are never fetched online.
