How to convert SVG to PNG
SVG logos and icons stay sharp at any size, but social sites, documents, slides and most upload forms want a PNG. Converting draws the SVG at the size you choose, with its transparent background.
- Add your SVG images: drop them on the box above, or press Choose SVG images. Add as many as you like.
- PNG is already selected. It is lossless, so there is no quality to set.
- Each file converts straight away on your device. The list shows the size before and after.
- Press Download for one file, or Save all for a ZIP of them all (on a phone, Save all shares them so you can save to Photos).
SVG vs PNG

| Compression | Vector: shapes, not pixels, sharp at any size | Lossless: exact pixels, larger files |

Good to know
- Choose 1× for the SVG's own size, or 2× to 4× for a sharper, larger PNG (good for phones and slides). Very large sizes are capped at about 16 megapixels so every browser can draw them.
- Transparency is kept.
- The SVG is drawn as an image, so it cannot load web fonts or pictures linked from other files. Convert text to outlines in your design app first if the lettering looks wrong.
- Nothing is uploaded. Your images are read, converted and saved in this browser tab, and camera details and GPS location are not copied into the new file.
Questions
What size will the PNG be?
The SVG's width and height (or its viewBox when it has none) times the scale you choose: 1×, 2×, 3× or 4×.
Why does my text look different?
An SVG drawn as an image cannot load fonts or images from other files. Outline the text in your design app, or embed the font.
Does it keep the transparent background?
Yes. Choose JPG instead if you want a solid background.
