About Quick Design
Quick Design is a free graphic design editor that runs in your browser. Pick a size or a template, then edit text with effects, shapes, icons, photos and photo grids, search free photos, add QR codes, draw freehand, shuffle colours, animate and add pages, resize to every size at once, and download PNG, JPG, an MP4 video or a GIF. Share a design as an image or as a template link. Quick Design Pro, an optional one-time upgrade, adds every template, resizing to every size at once, print-ready PDF, background removal, a brand kit and magic layouts.
Is Quick Design really free?
Yes. The full editor, 32 templates with real photos, free stock photos, QR codes, Make many (a design filled from a list), resizing (a size at a time) and PNG, JPG, MP4 and GIF downloads are free, with no watermark, no sign-up and no subscription. Quick Design Pro, an optional one-time purchase ($4.99), adds every template, resizing to every size at once, print-ready PDF, background removal on your device, the brand kit and magic layouts.
What can I design?
Instagram posts and stories, carousels, posters, flyers, YouTube thumbnails, slides, business cards, documents, invites, menus and logos, starting from a template or a blank size.
What formats can I download?
PNG or JPG for the current page or every page, and an MP4 video or a looping GIF that plays your animations and page transitions, all free and without a watermark. Quick Design Pro adds print-ready PDF with bleed and crop marks.
Can I use the photos for my business?
Yes. The Photos tab searches Openverse for CC0 and public-domain photos, free for any use, including commercial, with no credit needed (Quick Design keeps each photo's credit anyway, under the photo's ⓘ). Only your search words go to Openverse; the photos you pick are saved on your device.
Where are my designs saved?
In this browser on your device. Your designs and uploaded photos are not sent to a server. Use the backup option in Settings to move them to another device.
Can an AI assistant make a design for me?
Yes. Ask Claude, ChatGPT or any assistant for a design in Quick Design’s design format and open the link it writes, or paste its JSON into Settings › Import a design. It opens as a normal design you can edit and download. Claude can also connect to Quick Design’s MCP server.
